Sub-processors

GridNMS uses the third-party sub-processors below to provide the Service. Each is bound by data-protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Agreement. This list may change; we will update this page and, where you have subscribed to notifications, let you know of additions.

Notes:
- Database and analytics engines used by the Service (for example, the log and metric
stores) run on the Google Cloud Platform infrastructure above and are operated by GridNMS; they are not independent third-party processors.
- When a Customer configures the Service to send data to a Customer-owned or external
destination (for example, the Customer's own cold-storage bucket or notification endpoint), that destination is controlled by the Customer and is not a GridNMS sub-processor.
